Founder
I started Positive & Constructive because I wanted to work where the magic really happens, alongside the people who are in the field getting their hands dirty. With over 20 years in fabrication, design, and consulting, my passion is making sure projects flow smoothly from idea to install, with no surprises in between.

Surveyor / Reality Capture Specialist
Talon’s the guy who makes sure we know exactly what’s happening on site. He handles LiDAR scanning, progress records, and as-builts so the rest of us can design with confidence. If it’s captured in 3D, Talon’s probably behind it.

Drafter & Designer
Logan takes the design vision and turns it into reality. From AutoCAD to Revit, or any software in-between, he creates design submittals, fabrication plans, and the CNC files that make sure fabrication and installation go right the first time. He’s detail-obsessed, which is why we trust him to keep our drawings clean, accurate, and build-ready.
